Estate agents provide customers with their unique link to a landing page containing all participating retailers. This link can be shared directly with customers or displayed on the agent’s website.

When customers access a retailer through the agent’s unique link, their journey is tracked and any eligible discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Where a manual discount code is required, this is clearly displayed before the customer continues to the supplier’s website. For service-based retailers without a standard online checkout, customers submit an enquiry form and are contacted directly by the retailer, with the Supply Partners Direct referral recorded so the appropriate discount is still applied.

Estate agents receive commission on purchases made through their unique link. Retailers pay commission to Supply Partners Direct under agreed terms, and monthly commission statements are then issued to each agent before payment is made.

Commission payments are made on a rolling monthly basis.
